Eleanor Martin, Head of Communications

Eleanor joined Eczema UK in May 2024 as the first of four of our new Lead roles. Eleanor leads our website, exchange magazine, webinars, podcasts and informational health content across print and digital media. She bring over five years of experience working in external communications and digital marketing across the charity sector, with specific focus on health content creation and graphic design.

Prior to joining, Eleanor has held roles at Barnardo’s, Target Ovarian Cancer and Action for Children. During which she has communicated the need for better support for vulnerable children, campaigned in parliament to improve diagnostic pathways for those with symptoms of cancer and successfully worked to support organisations in delivering their most effective and inclusive communications strategy, to raise awareness and encourage action.
